IMPORTANT NOTE – TREATMENT OF WESTGATE STAFF
Staff at Westgate will do all they can to provide you with up to date information regarding the Covid vaccine. We ask that you treat all our staff – Reception, Nurses, Management and Doctors – with courtesy and respect. Aggressive and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
The demand for appointments is increasing every day and we are doing our very best to cater for all Westgate patients. Your understanding is greatly appreciated at this time.

Westgate Medical Centre Heaths Road offers the Pfizer vaccine for 12+ years and the AstraZeneca vaccine. We will not be providing the Pfizer vaccine for 5-11 years.
The Pfizer vaccine is also our Covid-19 Booster vaccine and we offer this to patients 18 years and older.
Due to the capacity of the clinic, we will not be taking any new patients for the Booster vaccine. If you are not a regular Westgate patient, we direct you to the vaccination hubs in the Wyndham area.
To book your appointment for your first, second or booster dose, please call our Reception desk on 8015 2700. Please note that we run clinics at various times and days. WE DO NOT HAVE ALL DAY AVAILABILITY FOR THE VACCINE AND WE ARE BOOKING OUT VERY QUICKLY.
You will be offered a variety of options but keep in mind that it is one of the many services our clinic offers to patients. We remain open to patients daily who have other needs. If the availability of the vaccine clinics does not suit your circumstances, please do not abuse our Reception staff. We do the best we can to get you vaccinated as soon as possible.
